Hi, my name is Colin Jube, I’m one of the co-founders and the Chief Operating Officer of Modal Living.
We started Modal because we wanted to be a part of the solution to the nationwide affordable housing crisis. ADUs, or accessory dwelling units, which are effectively backyard guest homes, are an important part of that solution. Cities and states across the country are breaking down regulatory barriers to ADU construction, sparking a massive trend toward these structures.
